Job Description:As a Primary Care Practitioner, you will perform routine examinations, diagnose and treat illnesses, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and ensure seamless transitions between care settings.
Qualifications:- Active state Nurse Practitioners license
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
- Active state DEA licensure
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred
