Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Healthcare Provider with Abode Care Partners, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing evidence-based medical care to patients.
  • Examining and treating chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, and other health concerns.
  • Ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care and maintain comprehensive plans of care.
  • Referring patients to other healthcare practitioners when necessary.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • An active state Nurse Practitioners license.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification.
  • An active state DEA licensure.
  • A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • Significant nursing experience, preferably including at least two years of nurse practitioner experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in medical instruments and equipment.
  • Thorough knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in computer-based data management programs, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • The capacity for moderate physical activity, such as lifting objects up to 25 lbs. and standing or walking for extended periods.
