Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Healthcare Provider with Abode Care Partners, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing evidence-based medical care to patients.
- Examining and treating chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, and other health concerns.
- Ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care and maintain comprehensive plans of care.
- Referring patients to other healthcare practitioners when necessary.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- An active state Nurse Practitioners license.
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification.
- An active state DEA licensure.
- A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Significant nursing experience, preferably including at least two years of nurse practitioner experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in medical instruments and equipment.
- Thorough knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise in computer-based data management programs, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
- The capacity for moderate physical activity, such as lifting objects up to 25 lbs. and standing or walking for extended periods.
