Senior Medical Care Specialist

As a Senior Medical Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate and evidence-based medical care. Your responsibilities will include examining and treating illnesses, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs
- Examine and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed
- Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals in providing interdisciplinary care and maintaining a comprehensive plan of care
Qualifications:
- Active state Nurse Practitioners license
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
- Active state DEA licensure
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred
