Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform medical assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, and other health concerns
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed
- Active state Nurse Practitioner license
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
- Active state DEA licensure
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred
