Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Deliver evidence-based medical care, assessing patient needs and developing comprehensive treatment plans
- Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care and promote seamless transitions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory guidelines and industry standards
- Meet the following qualifications: active state Nurse Practitioners license, current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification, active state DEA licensure, Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred
