The role for the Lead Network Engineer (LE) is to support the network changes and new installations from customers. Support can be scheduled in advance on "on demand" from clients calling to turn up purchased services. This is a technical position that must communicate and at times guide the work of field engineers and requires an understanding of Telco access networks.
Key Requirements :
- Rich experience of QOS and or MPLS, BGP, L3VPN and or L2VPN, IGP, SD-WAN, NetConf, NMS and OSS and or BSS protocols.
- Should have profound knowledge of network planning or optimization theory and good communication ability.
- Experience in SDN (NFV), SDWAN and SASE technologies equipment is must
- Demonstrated experience with LAN and or WAN, routing protocols, QoS, troubleshooting, and scripting
- Industrial certifications in Cisco, Juniper, F5 and or Riverbed and or Fortigate and or Palo Alto products and or technologies is desirable
- Demonstration of CCNP and or CCNP SP (CCIP) and or CCIE level (or higher) knowledge (or vendor alternatives) is must (required or comparable level)
- Cloud technologies and security services (Zscaler) is desirable
- VOIP or wireless knowledge is an advantage
- NEXT-Gen Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet) is welcomed
- Innovative with capability to adapt to new environments and drive changes successfully
- Team player, analytical thinker & problem solver
- Should have profound knowledge of network planning or optimization theory and good communication ability
- Will be required to work in various shifts(Day and or Night) including holidays and weekends. Overtime as needed
