Job Title : OSS BSS Technical Lead - Operations

Location : Miami, FL

Duration : 12 months Contract Position

Interview : Three rounds of video interview

Job Description :

  • Strong experience in Telecom OSS domain with Order management, Inventory, Provisioning, Service fulfilment and activation domains.
  • Should have basic understanding of mediation, rating, billing, provisioning, network elements concepts and hands-on experience

in end customer's Order processing handling with billing systems.

  • Should have worked in Telecom projects
  • Experience with Unix scripting language is an added advantage.
  • Having knowledge on any automation tools like Python or any RPA tools like Blueprism, UIPath will be an added advantage.
  • Should have understanding on Ticket prioritizing based on impact / urgency, SLA, RCA, etc.,
  • Capable to run the Incident Management bridges technically
  • Collaborate with multiple teams in order to uncover, analyze, and resolve client issues.
