We are seeking a highly skilled Java Development Manager / Technical Project Manager to lead our team of developers and oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our Java-based applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.
Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of developers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help team members achieve their goals.
- Experience designing and developing applications and / or systems using React, Core java / J2EE, Microservices framework, SOAP, REST, Web services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of Java-based applications.
- Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and testing methodologies.
- Ensure that applications are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in software development and identify areas where new technologies could be applied to improve our software products.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with software development projects.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, as needed.
