Your Role:

• Represent high-net-worth buyers and sellers across Knoxville's premier neighborhoods and the greater East Tennessee region (e.g., Farragut, West Knoxville, Sequoyah Hills, lakefront communities like Tellico Village, mountain view properties), providing concierge-level service and maintaining utmost discretion.
• Leverage the strong ABODE® brand reputation and our exclusive marketing resources to attract and retain premium clientele in the East Tennessee market.
• Convert high-intent, pre-qualified leads (provided through our advanced marketing) into successful transactions.
• Utilize our tech tools for intelligent market analysis, pricing strategy (informed by East TN market data), and efficient workflow management.
• Collaborate with our supportive in-house marketing, PR, and tech teams.

Who We're Looking For:

Active Tennessee Real Estate Affiliate Broker or Broker License (in good standing) & proven luxury sales track record in Knoxville/East TN.

Expertise serving HNW clients & profound knowledge of luxury areas in Knox County and surrounding East Tennessee communities.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Tech-savvy mindset (CRM, digital tools) and entrepreneurial drive.

Preferred: Multi-million dollar annual volume, established East TN luxury network, relevant designations (CLHMS, etc.), strong social media branding experience, ability to leverage tech for sales results.
