Job Summary :

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and enhancing the employer brand. The specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless hiring process, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and supporting the organization's strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Use various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a smooth interview process.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Promote the company’s culture and values to potential candidates through social media, job postings, and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and university recruiting events.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and timelines.
  • Provide guidance to hiring teams on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and provide reports to improve hiring processes.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and innovative recruitment techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Associates Degree or equivalent in experience required.
  • 3 years of experience in recruiting with a proven track record of full-lifecycle recruiting; experience within agency recruiting is preferred but not required.
  • Successful track record of designing and executing innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Ability to successfully meet hiring deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Passion for finding the right person, at the right time, for the right role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively articulate thoughts and ideas with all levels of management.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate utilizing Microsoft Office products.
  • Consistently displays a high level of energy and enthusiasm for meeting the needs of internal and external customers, modeling a "can do" attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Strong human resource and customer service skills.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks of varying degrees of importance.

  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Familiar with various recruiting metrics and tools.
  • Proficient with Google package or related software.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Able to communicate with all levels of employees within the company.
  • Able to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Able to maintain confidential information, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
