Job Summary :
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and enhancing the employer brand. The specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless hiring process, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and supporting the organization's strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Use various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to build a diverse talent pipeline.
- Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a smooth interview process.
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Promote the company’s culture and values to potential candidates through social media, job postings, and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and university recruiting events.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies and timelines.
- Provide guidance to hiring teams on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and provide reports to improve hiring processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and innovative recruitment techniques.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
