Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Bilinugal Legal Secretary to join our team personal injury team. In this role, the candidate will work with the staff providing support in all areas of the office. You will communicate with clients, compile case materials, and carry out a variety of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented and has experience with signing up clients, opening claims, and ordering medical records/ billing.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support
- Communicate with clients and maintain social media
- Welcome clients into the office and evaluate their needs
- Prepare case-specific documents, including intakes and opening new cases
- Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review
- Maintain and update documentation, mail and collaborating with staff
- Order medical records/ billing, etc. for personal injury cases.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary with personal injury experience or similar role is preferred
- Certification or diploma as a Legal Secretary is preferred
- Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with document management experience
- Excellent research skills
- Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Compensation: $12.00 - $24.00 per hour
