Job Summary:
The Interactive Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members through an on-screen, video experience. This role involves promoting Credit Union products and services based on member needs using an Interactive Teller Machine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Credit Union products and services based on member needs
- Receive deposits and payments for all types of accounts
- Cash checks and accept withdrawal requests
- FOLLOW ALL SECURITY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- A desire to present life-changing, money-saving opportunities to our members/potential members
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to support others on your team
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to proficiently operate a computer, fax machine, calculator, and copier
- Cash handling and balancing experience a plus
