Abound Credit Union is now hiring friendly, enthusiastic, and just overall awesome personalities to serve as the first line coordinator for credit union sales and service culture
Position will require travel between branches using personal vehicle. Position will require irregular hours at times to meet needs of individual branches.
What Youll Do:
- Promote Credit Union products and services based on member needs obtained from member interviews and/or review of member accounts.
- Develop, implement, and monitor systems to measure the quality of service provided to members in retail facilities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor systems to measure the sales effectiveness of branch staff.
- Serves as an expert resource on all sales and service-related programs, processes, tools, aids, and systems.

What We Need:
- Associate degree or equivalent job experience
- Thorough knowledge of Credit Union products, services, and retail operations.
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness to support others within the Abound team.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all circumstances and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Ability to conduct effective classroom instruction, presentation and on-site training of manager and team members.

Salary Info:
$21.84 - $27.30 / hour
