We are actively seeking Caregivers/DSP's to provide Community Living & Supports, Supported Employment, Day Support, and Supported Living Services. P/T and F/T hours are available.
Clients attend local day programs M - F 9:00a - 3:00p. This is free time for staff, though assisting with transportation at times may be required. Staff will have a staff bedroom and bathroom available to them. Staff are not paid during client sleep hours, as clients do not require staff during this time; however, the homes must have staff on site 24/7. Weekday staff stay on site from Monday at 3:00p through Friday at 9:00a. Weekend staff stay on site from Friday at 3:00p through Monday at 9:00a.
Weekend shifts (Requires overnight stays (sleeping) from Friday PM to Monday AM):
- Friday 3:00p - 10:30p
- Saturday 7:00a - 10:00p
- Sunday 7:00a - 10:00p
- Monday 6:30a - 9:00a
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Promote client outcomes in behavioral, social, and vocational realms
- Assist client participation in leisure/recreational activities
- Maintain a schedule of services/activities in a treatment plan and report on status of health and safety objectives
- Provide respite and companionship to offer relief to family or primary caregiver
- Complete and submit documentation and payroll data according to scheduled deadlines
- Complete initial and ongoing training and staff development activities
- Ability to achieve competency in required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Ability to work independently in the community and/or the clients home
- Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary, based on individual client needs
- Passion and experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) is preferred
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
- Lifting may be required depending on individual client needs
- CPR/First Aid Certification Training is provided by company

**$1000 Signing Bonus Details:
- $500 paid out after working 30 days with an average of 20 hours per week
- $500 paid out after working 6 months with an average of 20 hours per week
- Applicant cannot have been employed by Abound Health or A Small Miracle, LLC in the past 18 months
- Signing bonus not applicable for Residential Services
- Employees hired as Relative as Providers (RAPs) are not eligible for the Signing Bonus
- RAPs are not eligible for the Referral Bonus
