Abound Health, a provider of home and community services for adults with intellectual disabilities, is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our compassionate team. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals in need, promoting their well-being and independence.

Responsibilities :
Building trusting relationships with clients to facilitate effective care and support
Promote client outcomes in behavioral, social, and vocational realms
Assist client participation in leisure / recreational activities
Maintain a schedule of services / activities in a treatment plan and report on status of health and safety objectives
Provide respite and companionship to offer relief to family or primary caregiver
Complete and submit documentation and payroll data according to scheduled deadlines
Complete initial and ongoing training and staff development activities
Ability to achieve competency in required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Ability to work independently in the community and / or the client's home
Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary, based on individual client needs
Passion and experience working with individuals with Intellectual / Developmental Disabilities (I / DD) is preferred
Skills :
Strong caregiving skills with a focus on empathy and patience
Ability to administer medications accurately
Competence in assisting with ADLs for individuals with varying needs
Job Types Available :

Part Time
Pay : $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours : 20 - 40 per week

1000 Signing Bonus Details
333 paid out after working 90 days with an average of 20 hours per week
333 paid out after working 6 months (180 days) with an average of 20 hours per week
334 paid out after working 1 year (365 days) with an average of 20 hours per week
Applicant cannot have been employed by Abound Health (or any of our newly acquired companies) in the past 18 months
Signing bonus not applicable for Residential Services
Employees hired as Relative as Providers (RAPs) are not eligible for the Signing Bonus
