We are actively seeking Caregivers / DSP's to provide Community Living & Supports, Supported Employment, Day Support, and Supported Living Services. Part-Time and Full-Time hours are available.
Responsibilities / Qualifications :
- Promote client outcomes in behavioral, social, and vocational realms
- Assist client participation in leisure / recreational activities
- Maintain a schedule of services / activities in a treatment plan and report on status of health and safety objectives
- Provide respite and companionship to offer relief to family or primary caregiver
- Complete and submit documentation and payroll data according to scheduled deadlines
- Complete initial and ongoing training and staff development activities
- Ability to achieve competency in required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Ability to work independently in the community and / or the client's home
- Willingness to address personal care needs when necessary, based on individual client needs
- Passion and experience working with individuals with Intellectual / Developmental Disabilities (I / DD) is preferred
