Abound Health is seeking a Day Program Support Staff member to join our Day Program team in Raleigh, North Carolina. Reporting to the Director, this role involves assisting with client schedules, ensuring safety during activities, and supporting personal hygiene needs as required. The Instructional Support Staff will also help maintain facility cleanliness and sanitation, following company policies and infection control guidelines, and will document clients' progress toward their goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive clients to and from the facility, ensuring their safe transportation.
- Providing individualized support to participants during instructional activities.
- Monitor clients' safety during class activities and transitions throughout the daily schedule.
- Support personal hygiene activities as needed to assist clients with daily living tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the facility in accordance with licensure guidelines, company policies, and Infection Control Policies.
- implement and document clients' goals and objectives as outlined in their treatment plans.

The target hourly rate is $16 / hr.
Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay.
