Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
- Promote positive behavioral change and social growth among clients.
- Encourage participation in leisure and recreational activities tailored to individual interests.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and report on client progress.
- Offer respite and companionship to family members or primary caregivers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation necessary.
- Ability to pass background checks, driving record checks, and healthcare registry checks.
- Lifting may be required depending on individual client needs.
- CPR/First Aid Certification Training provided by Abound Health.
