We are actively seeking dedicated DSP / Caregivers to provide In Home & Community Support, Companion Services, Community Participation Support and Respite Services.

Waymart, PAGreentown, PANewfoundland, PAPeckville, PAResponsibilities / Qualifications :
Promote client outcomes in behavioral, social, and vocational realmsAssist client participation in leisure / recreational activitiesProvide respite and companionship to offer relief to family or primary caregiverComplete initial and ongoing training and staff development activitiesAbility to achieve competency in required knowledge, skills, and abilitiesAbility to work independently in the community and / or the client's homeWillingness to address personal care needs when necessary, based on individual client needsPassion and experience working with individuals with Intellectual / Developmental Disabilities (I / DD) is preferredRequirements :
Must be at least 18 years oldHigh School Diploma or equivalentValid driver's license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportationAbility to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checksLifting may be required depending on individual client needsCPR / First Aid Certification Training is provided by companyPay : $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

1000 Signing Bonus Details :333 paid out after working 90 days with an average of 20 hours per week333 paid out after working 6 months (180 days) with an average of 20 hours per week334 paid out after working 1 year (365 days) with an average of 20 hours per weekApplicant cannot have been employed by Abound Health (or any of our newly acquired companies) in the past 18 monthsSigning bonus not applicable for Residential ServicesEmployees hired as Relative as Providers (RAPs) are not eligible for the Signing Bonus
