Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and compassionate Support Workers to provide individualized care and support to clients in their homes and communities. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for promoting client outcomes, assisting with daily living tasks, and providing emotional support and companionship.
Responsibilities
- Promote client autonomy and independence in all aspects of life
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, as well as engage them in leisure activities and social events
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed
- CPR/First Aid certification required; training provided by the company
- Must pass background check and clearance requirements

Signing Bonus Details
- $1000 signing bonus paid out in three installments: $333 after 90 days, $333 after 6 months, and $334 after 1 year, assuming an average of 20 hours per week
