Abound Health is seeking a Team Support Specialist member to join our Office in Mooresville, North Carolina. Reporting to the Program Director, our Team Support Specialists play a key role in supporting Qualified Professionals (QPs), Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and clients while ensuring the smooth daily operations of the Mooresville, NC office. Responsibilities include compliance audits, staff support, report submissions, scheduling, and administrative duties such as office management, onboarding, and training coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support QPs and Program Directors with report submissions, progress summaries, and compliance-related documentation.
- Assist with DSP and client record maintenance, audits, and certification management to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor reports for missing DSP notes and timesheets, communicate with DSPs to resolve issues, and support payroll processes.
- Coordinate DSP onboarding, training schedules, and status updates while assisting with recruitment efforts.
- Manage general office operations, including vendor coordination, office supply management, answering calls, and greeting visitors.
- Helping oversee the day program activities.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently or within a team.
- Experience with office management software and administrative support.
Education:
- GED or High School Diploma.
Compensation & Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $15 - $17/hr.
Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 60th day of employment.
