Specialize in nail care services to provide an amazing client experience which includes a thorough consultation, a caring & professional service, and finally, beautiful nails.
Essential Functions :
- Provides a caring environment to all clients and staff members at all times.
- Follows About Faces protocol when performing any nail care consultation or service.
- Attends all training provided by About Faces to gain knowledge and become proficient with professional and retail products and services.
- Accountable to achieve key metric goals in Service Sales, Retail Sales, Pre-Booking and Client Retention.
- Builds and maintains a growing client base.
