At About Faces, our job is to provide entertainers that will make guests smile at events. Our office is fun and casual but fast paced! We're searching for booking agents for our office to help us maintain our excellent reputation for providing our clients with quality entertainment at their events. This role demands a comfort level with both phone and email interaction with both clients and performers. The ideal fit for our company is a personable booking agent that can juggle multiple tasks seamlessly without losing track of important deadlines.
Objectives of this Role :
Manage all elements of client bookings, from the initial inquiry stage to the after event follow up
Nurture and build relationships with clients and performers
Comply with legal, insurance, health and safety regulations at all times
Responsibilities :
Coordinate with other agents, clients and performers to satisfy the needs for event entertainment
Research and vet new performers
Plan and facilitate the event elements that pertain to entertainers, including contract negotiations, logistics, performer interaction and more.
Oversee client experiences from inception through post event.
Troubleshoot issues that arise during the course of planning and on the event day
Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of both Google Apps and Microsoft Office Software
- Customer Service / Sales Experience highly preferred
- Local applicant (this is an in person position - working remotely is not an option)
