About the Role
This PRN (as-needed) position offers flexibility in scheduling and weekly pay. We're seeking experienced individuals with at least 1 year of relevant experience, clean backgrounds, and strong references.
As a Behavioral Aide, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients. Your duties will include assisting clients with personal hygiene, observing and documenting behavior patterns, and ensuring timely reporting to medical staff.
Key Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of related experience in caregiving or an educational environment, such as hospitals, schools, daycares, special education, or autism care.
- Certification or eligibility for certification in crisis management and CPR/First Aid within the first 30 days of employment.
