What You'll Do:
As a Medical Staffing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that healthcare facilities are fully staffed with skilled medical professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
Recruiting & Placing Medical Professionals - Source, vet, and match qualified nurses, therapists, and other healthcare workers with appropriate assignments based on credentials, experience, and facility requirements.
Scheduling & Coordination - Efficiently manage scheduling to ensure seamless coverage for healthcare facilities while addressing last-minute staffing needs.
Credentialing & Compliance - Ensure all placed professionals meet licensing, certification, and facility-specific compliance requirements.
Relationship Building - Maintain clear and consistent communication with healthcare professionals and facility representatives to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Problem-Solving & Rapid Deployment - Proactively address staffing gaps by leveraging your network and resources to fill urgent openings.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in medical staffing, healthcare recruiting, or scheduling (preferred but not required)
Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savviness - Familiarity with staffing software, scheduling platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build rapport with both candidates and clients
Resilience under pressure - Thrive in a role where quick thinking and adaptability are key
