Key Responsibilities
- Develop Growth Strategies: Design and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our reach in the Mississippi market.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, referral sources, and key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify Opportunities: Research, network, and conduct outreach to discover new business opportunities, including direct client interactions and community engagement.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in healthcare, home care, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and effective customer relationship management.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related technologies.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Mississippi territory as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Commission: Earn 5% on all new sales generated
- Bonuses: Quarterly performance bonuses ranging from $1,500 to $5,000 for achieving and exceeding targets
