- Record ADL activities of the client and the client care provided on the PCA Activity sheet
Requirements:
- Completion of an approved State of Massachusetts PCA training program or HMK/Home Health Aide training program
- Evidence of a physical exam indicating freedom from communicable diseases
- Ability to work cooperatively with families, clients, and other healthcare professionals
