Our client, a family owned & reputable Home Care agency, with multiple offices in Massachusetts, is seeking compassionate, competent & dependable Personal Care Assistants to support their continued growth.
PRN, Part Time, & Full Time opportunities available immediately.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Completion of an approved State of Massachusetts PCA training program or HMK / Home Health Aide training program in accordance with the State of Massachusetts.
- A Homemaker-Home Health Aide in another state or territory of the United States may be deemed to have completed a training program as required by the State of Massachusetts provided the Home Health Care Agency has sufficient documentation in accordance with the provider agreement, WestMass Elder Care.
- Exhibits maturity, flexibility and ability to plan and organize activities, has evidence of a physical exam indicating He / She is free of communicable diseases.
- Attend Six (6) hours of In-Services per Calendar Year including
- Mandatory In-services.
Work Environment :
Field work in client homes. Minimal office work is required.
