Above and Beyond Learning Group (ABLG) is seeking a highly qualified Clinical Director to lead our clinical operations in Wyckoff, NJ.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will oversee clinical operations, conduct functional behavior assessments, develop behavior reduction plans, and provide clinical supervision to staff.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating parent training, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and working closely with families and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality ABA therapy services.
Main Responsibilities
- Direct patient supervision and assessment at our center
- Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
- Leading weekly staff meetings
- Supervising BCBA supervisees
Requirements
- Clinical supervision and behavioral health experience
- Autism and related disorder background
- Masters degree in psychology, behavioral health, or a related field
- 8-hour supervision certificate
