Job Summary
This full-time position for a Clinical Director in Wyckoff, NJ, involves overseeing clinical operations, conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising staff.
The role also includes coordinating parent training, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with families and stakeholders to ensure high-quality ABA services.
Essential Duties
- Direct patient supervision and assessment at our center
- Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
- Staff meetings
- Supervision of BCBA supervisees
Qualifications
- Clinical supervision and behavioral health experience
- Autism and related disorder background
- Masters degree in psychology, behavioral health, or a related field
- 8-hour supervision certificate
