About the Role
This full-time Clinical Director position in Wyckoff, NJ, involves overseeing clinical operations, conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior reduction plans, and providing clinical supervision to staff.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating parent training, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and working closely with families and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality ABA therapy services.
Main Responsibilities
- Direct patient supervision and assessment at our center
- Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
- Leading weekly staff meetings
- Supervising BCBA supervisees
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in clinical supervision and behavioral health
- Background in autism and related disorders
- Master's degree in psychology, behavioral health, or a related field
- 8-hour supervision certificate
