We deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings, catering to children aged 18 months to 21 years old. Our mission is to provide best practice ABA therapy, educate families and communities, and offer comprehensive clinical support.
Job Overview
This full-time on-site role for a Clinical Director located in Wyckoff, NJ, oversees clinical operations, conducts functional behavior assessments, develops behavior reduction plans, and provides clinical supervision to staff.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating parent training, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and working closely with families and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality ABA therapy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision and assessment to patients at our center
- Conduct weekly parent training meetings and progress updates
- Lead weekly staff meetings
- Supervise BCBA supervisees
Requirements
- Experience in Clinical Supervision and Behavioral Health
- Background in Autism and related disorders
- Master's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Health, or a related field
- 8-Hour Supervision Certificate
