House Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in vacation rentals. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. As a House Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' environments are clean, safe, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and other items as needed to maintain cleanliness and freshness.
• Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to ensure all surfaces are well-maintained.
• Organize property after and before each guest arrives
• Take inventory of linens, supplies, and other items
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to company standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely completion of cleaning assignments.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Ability to sanitize various surfaces effectively while following safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
