Position Title: iSeries Developer Senior
Location: MN
Duration: 6 months contract with possible conversion to FTE
Work Arrangement: Fully remote within the US

Who we are looking for / Requirements:
- Experience with RPG, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, and CL.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, including SQL.
- Understanding of SDLC concepts on IBM i; Turnover experience is a plus.
- 4-15 years of IBM i development experience.
- Proficiency in best practices on IBM i.
- Good to excellent SQL knowledge on IBM i.
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:
- Maintain RPG code base for ERP and manage development lifecycle (DEV → QA → Production).
- Gather requirements, document solutions, and oversee IT project management.
- Understand business processes and IT system capabilities.
- Perform IT administrative tasks and maintain IS400.
- Create documentation (requirements, design specs, process maps, training materials).
- Coordinate with IT and business teams on tasks and projects.
- Develop, execute, and report on test plans; participate in reviews and audits.
