About the Role
We are seeking experienced Autism Care Specialists to join our team and contribute to delivering outstanding quality care to our clients. As an Autism Care Specialist at Above and Beyond Therapy, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to inform treatment planning
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address individual needs and goals
- Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care delivery
- Provide education and support to families and caregivers
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery
Requirements
To be successful as an Autism Care Specialist at Above and Beyond Therapy, you must:
- Hold a valid BCBA Certificate or equivalent experience in behavior analysis
- Have experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
- Be able to travel up to 25% of the time

Schedule
This full-time role requires Monday-to-Friday work with occasional weekends as needed.
