Lead Deep Cleaning Technician
Are you a master of cleanliness?
We’re seeking a detail-oriented rockstar to join our team as a Lead Deep Cleaning Specialist. You’ll assist in oversight of a cleaning crew, specializing in intensive cleaning projects.
Responsibilities:
- Train and lead a team of cleaning professionals
- Execute detailed deep cleaning tasks
- Ensure the highest cleaning standards are met
- Inspect completed work for exceptional quality
- Assist in managing cleaning equipment and supplies
- Provide outstanding customer service
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in deep cleaning and team leadership
- Expertise in cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina for demanding cleaning tasks
- Willingness to take on easy and tough jobs
- Experience in deep cleaning, moveout, and post construction required.
