What You'll Do:
As our Lead Deep Clean Specialist, you'll be the heart of our deep cleaning operations. You'll:
* Lead and participate in deep cleaning projects, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.
* Train and mentor new team members, sharing your expertise and passion for cleaning.
* Oversee and manage deep cleaning schedules and equipment.
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing Above & Beyond Cleaning with pride.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns.
* Ensure all safety regulations are followed.
* Inspect jobs upon completion.
What We're Looking For:
* 1 year in proven experience in deep cleaning and supervisor experience.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
* A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
* A passion for helping others and contributing to a team.
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
