Position Title : Director - Business Intelligence (BI)
Location : Logan, UT
Duration : Full-time
Work Arrangement : Fully Remote within the US with 10% - 20% occasional travel to HQ
Pay Range : $160k - $165k

Who we are looking for / Requirements :
- Bachelor’s in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
- 8 years in BI, analytics, or related fields.
- Strong background in subscription-based or direct-to-consumer (D2C) businesses.
- Experience with any of the following skills : Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong SQL proficiency.
- Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing :
- Improve subscriber retention by analyzing churn drivers with the Retention team.
- Optimize customer journey to increase attach rates.
- Enhance content performance through data-driven insights.
- Develop predictive models for churn, growth, and engagement trends.
- Create performance scorecards for business visibility.
- Provide insights to refine the product roadmap.
