Who we are looking for / Requirements:
Critical Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Biology, Microbiology, or related field.
- 5 years in a regulated microbiological lab (food, cosmetic, drug, medical device, pharma), including method validation and equipment qualification.
- Proficient in data analysis (EtQ, SAP, LIMS, Minitab, JMP) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:
- Conduct microbiological testing on products, materials, and environmental samples.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and GDP standards.
- Interpret results, record data, and address non-conformities.
- Support test method transfers, validations, and equipment qualifications.
- Maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Track and communicate microbiological data for action.
- Perform audits, improve processes, and update documentation.
