Position Title : UX Professional (Architect / Designer)
Location : New York, NY
Duration : 6 months contract with possible conversion to FTE
Work Arrangement : Fully remote within the US
Pay Range : US $90.00 - $103.00 per hour

Who we are looking for / Requirements :
- 5 years in Product Design or related fields, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in service design, system design, cross functional facilitation experience is a must.
- Experience shipping products across platforms and mentoring others.
- Strong understanding of interaction, visual, content, motion, and research design.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Miro, usertesting.com, Dovetail, and industry-standard tools.
- Portfolio showcasing design process, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience defining patterns, style guides, user testing, and prototyping.
- Solid grasp of software development and collaboration with developers.
