JOB SUMMARY
We're looking for an entry-level Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Jr. Commissioning Agent. As a Jr. Commissioning Agent you will learn the building commissioning practice from our experienced team. Your responsibilities will include :
- Complete Design Drawing Reviews
- Develop Commissioning Plans
- Coordinate Contractor Kickoffs
- Develop Pre-functional and Functional Checklists for MEP Equipment
- Review MEP Submittals for Systems to be Commissioned
- Review TAB Reports in Preparation for Site Visits
- Travel to US Job Sites to Support Completion of Functional Testing
- Develop Issues Logs
- Deliver Final Commissioning Reports
Travel is about 25% of the time.
The successful candidate must be familiar with commercial building mechanical equipment, organized, calm under pressure, and capable of maintaining clarity while managing multiple deadlines for multiple clients.
