Ideal Candidate :
- 2–5 years of patent litigation experience
- A technical degree (preferred but not required)
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- An active member in good standing with the California Bar

Expected base compensation range : $210,000–$275,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
