Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, including weddings, corporate events, and luxury celebrations.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and events to ensure seamless communication and top-notch customer service.
- Generate and follow up on leads to consistently close deals and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution, including contributing ideas and solutions for event design.
- Assist on large-scale, high-profile events that are managed by the CEO, providing support and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
