Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with parking their vehicles safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized parking area
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns
- Monitor parking lot for any suspicious or unauthorized activities
- Follow established procedures for valet parking
- Operate manual transmission vehicles, not required
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer service is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
