What You’ll Do:
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first warm welcome our patients receive and the
supportive guide they rely on. You’ll:
- Build meaningful relationships with patients, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and supported while guiding them to an appointment.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring smooth office flow.
- Ensure all New Patient documents have been completed and entered into Open Dental.
- Educate patients on their treatment plans and financial options, making care accessible and stress-free.
- Partner with our clinical team to deliver an exceptional experience at every step.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively to keep everything running seamlessly.

Hours:
Hours: 8 hr. shift Monday-Thursday, with Friday’s off (32hr-36hr per week)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 -$22.00 per hour

- High School or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Computer Skills: 1 year (Required)
- Dental Billing: 1 Year (Required)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
