Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist with administrative aspects of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
- Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred, but not required
