Accounting Coordinator Job Summary :
The Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for managing accounts receivable functions, preparing monthly bank reconciliations, calculating annual CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations, and providing support to the commercial property manager. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams.
Accounting Coordinator Qualifications & Skills :
- 5 years of accounting experience in a similar role.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively with multiple teams to complete projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Appfolio is a plus.
Ability to develop, implement, and maintain accounting processes.
High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
A strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset.
