We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our production team as Assemblers. In this role, you will play a key part in manufacturing quality products while operating machinery, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring smooth production processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to be part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule : Monday Thursday, 3 : 15 PM 1 : 15 AM
Pay : $18.00
Location : Madison, WI
What Youll Do :
- Operate production line machinery and computers
- Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs when needed
- Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet specifications
- Make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality
- Perform equipment changeovers and follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain raw material supply using a forklift (certification required)
- Communicate effectively with teammates across shifts and departments
- Keep work areas clean and organized for safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety guidelines, including proper lockout procedures
