- Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes, including conversational programming at the machine
- Inspect machined components using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure precision
- Interpret blueprints and specifications to meet exact tolerances
- Collaborate with a skilled team to meet production goals while working independently
- Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (three-day weekends!)
- Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Experience: CNC lathe operation in a manufacturing or job shop setting
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in blueprint reading, measuring tools, and troubleshooting
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during a 10-hour shift
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
