CNC Machinist

Now Hiring: CNC Operators/Machinists in Sparta!

• Wage: $18–$27/hour (based on experience)
• Hours: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (1st shift)
  
  

Are you an experienced CNC Operator with a passion for precision and quality? We're looking for skilled individuals to join our team in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. As a CNC Operator/Machinist, you'll program, set up, and operate CNC machines to create high-quality precision parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (including turning and milling)
• Inspect parts and make adjustments to meet exact specifications
• Document processes and ensure quality control standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Star Swiss machines
• Familiarity with ESPRIT programming software
